About the Group:

10-week group, 90-minute sessions
Wednesday evenings 4:00-5:30 pm

The group format will be part educational, where you will learn how to identify and manage OCD symptoms, and part process, where you are invited to share your experiences and support each other's work. 
We will include experiential exercises that will give you the tools you need to continue your work throughout the week, and relaxation techniques to help you stay calm and present in your life and with the people you care about.
